You may not use Lumen to:

• Break the law, or generate content that facilitates fraud, malware, or violence.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Impersonate a person or organization in a way intended to deceive.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service abusively, or access another user's account or data.
• Use agent mode to take actions on a connected third-party account that the account owner has not authorized.

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity.
