This Privacy Policy describes how Elite AI Empire LLC (dba "Empire AI Solutions"), 2010 El Camino Real #2000, Santa Clara, CA 95050, handles information when you use Lumen.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication data you provide at signup.
- Usage data: the questions/prompts you send and the connectors you authorize, so the product can answer them and so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Billing data: handled directly by Stripe; we retain only what is needed to associate a subscription with your account (customer/subscription IDs), never your full card number.
- Standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private prompts or connector data to train models for other customers.
Third parties
To answer a question, Lumen may send your prompt to one or more third-party model providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI, depending on the model you select) under their own data-processing terms. When you enable a connector (email, calendar, files, browser), the connected third-party service receives only the requests that connector needs to perform the action you asked for. Retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your account, conversation history, and stored connector tokens at any time
via POST /api/data/delete or by emailing us. Connector tokens are revoked immediately; conversation
history is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights.
