These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lumen, a product of Elite AI Empire LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions"), 2010 El Camino Real #2000, Santa Clara, CA 95050 ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Lumen, you agree to these Terms.

What Lumen is

Lumen is an AI answer engine with an optional agentic mode: it answers questions with cited sources and, when you turn agent mode on, can plan and carry out multi-step tasks using connectors you authorize. Lumen is AI software and can be wrong — verify anything important before relying on it. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lumen to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate content intended to deceive or harm, attempt to extract another user's data, or attack, scrape abusively, or overload the service. Full detail: Acceptable Use Policy.

Agentic mode and connectors

When you enable agent mode and connect a third-party tool (email, calendar, files, browser, etc.), you authorize Lumen to take the actions you request through that connector on your behalf. You can review, edit, or revoke any connector at any time from your account settings. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before they have real-world effect where the interface offers you that choice.

Billing & refunds

Free tier usage is metered and may be rate-limited. Paid (Pro) subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. You can cancel any time from account settings — cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

Termination

You may stop using Lumen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical.

Disclaimers & liability

Lumen is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.
