Subprocessors

Lumen uses the following categories of subprocessors to operate the service. We keep this list current as of the date above rather than fixed forever — check back if you need a current snapshot for your own compliance records.

• Model providers (query-time only, per your model selection): Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI.
• Payments: Stripe (billing, invoicing; we never see your full card number).
• Infrastructure: our servers (Hetzner) and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, DDoS protection).
• Email delivery: our transactional mail provider, for receipts and account notices only.
• Connectors you enable: whichever third-party service you personally authorize (e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar) — these process only the requests your own use of agent mode generates.
